Isolation & Despair to Restoration & Recovery
He was a middle-aged man that porn and immorality had left his life in relational ruin. He had lost his position of influence in the community, he was divorced, and one of his adult children did not want to communicate with him.
He still had his career, but that did little to comfort him. Each day after work, porn was his only comfort and friend. He finally decided that he had hit bottom, and it was time for a serious change.
He found 24:16 Ministries, through a friend and together we walked down a new road of biblical sexual recovery. Today, he faithfully follows Jesus, seeks a lifestyle of biblical sexual integrity, and is restoring his relationship with his family.
From Despair to Hope
It was not long after the marriage began that she noticed that her husband seemed to be hiding some things. Texts, anonymous phone calls, web search histories deleted, time, and money gone.
Several years and multiple children, her fears were confirmed her husband has been having affairs and watching porn. Promises were made and broken over and over. With feelings of hurt, betrayal, and anger, she reached out and eventually contact 24:16 Ministries.
We began to walk with her through the Partner Recovery program. In our time together she grew in her walk with Jesus, discovered healing, and began to see a hopeful path forward.
