24:16 Ministries was started by Robert and Judy Posner. Robert and Judy are uniquely qualified to minister to families struggling with sexual addiction as they have walked the same road so many others have walked and are currently walking. Read their story below.

Judy and I (Robert) have been married since 1984. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. In following the Lord's call and leading, we served as a senior pastor and pastor’s wife for two churches for over 26 years. We are currently owners of a successful national franchise for over 16 years.
Throughout our 26 years of full-time ministry; I was privileged to serve as an IM, Inc. board member for 6 years and chairman of our Texas Mission Board for over 20 years. Also, during this time, I mentored 7 pastors to help plant 7 churches in Texas.
I was introduced to porn at a young age. I had an on and off relationship with it, going at times, years without looking at it. However, porn planted seeds of lust in my mind, that showed up years later. I developed an unhealthy relationship with an innocent woman that led to immoral behavior on my part. I hurt many individuals; my family, my victim, the church I pastored, and so many others.
I deeply regret the pain I have caused to others, the heartache I created for my family and friends, and the loss of the ministry that the Lord had called me to. Through my recovery and reconciliation, I have experienced: God’s grace in new ways, the love and forgiveness of my wife and family, and the faithful wisdom of a godly mentor. With the Lord’s help and the insight of a godly mentor: I have come to know years of freedom, a renewed marriage and new ministry opportunities.
Together, we believe, the Lord has led us to establish 2416 Ministries. Based on Proverbs 24:16, “Though a righteous man falls seven times, he will get up, but the wicked will stumble into ruin.” We believe that each follower of Jesus has times when they fall, but through the power of Jesus' love and grace, and the support of a godly mentor they will get up to find freedom, healing, and hope to serve again.
We have 26 years of Pastoral counseling experience, are Certified Professional Mentors™ (CPM), and Robert is a certified Sexual Addiction Recovery Coach (SARC). Each week, we walk alongside men and women in one-on-one mentoring and in group mentoring. We specialize in helping men to build and maintain a life of freedom from sexual sin and in walking alongside their wives as they heal from the trauma of betrayal.
